General rule

Digital downloads are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

Exception

If a download failed, the file was corrupted, or payment was deducted but no file was delivered, raise a support request within 7 days of the transaction.

How to raise a request

Visit our Help & Support page and fill in the support form with your registered email address and transaction date. We'll get back to you within 3 business days.

Resolution time

Support reviews requests within 3 business days and will either fix the issue or refund to the original payment method or your reward points balance, as appropriate.

Reward points

Referral reward points are non-refundable and non-transferable.
